Everyone who presents should read this wonderful book, PresentationZen, by Garr Reynolds. Simplify. Use more graphics. Very few bullets. Don't print what you are doing to say. Be creative. Have fun. Use your Right brain more. Emote, persuade... and much much more.
I highly recommend the book to anyone.
